Polyglot Consultant / Developer
Location: Exton, PA
My client is small yet established 15 year old Exton, PA based regional consulting firm that provides technology and software development solutions to mid-market customers in the greater Philadelphia area. Due to growth, the company is seeking a Consultant with some level of familiarity or proficiency with multiple languages to join the firm.
This will be a client-facing position that will likely lead to leadership. It requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified candidates will likely have over five years experience in developing a variety of solutions using various languages, platforms, and frameworks, which may include Java, Python, Scala, .NET, and Ruby. Candidates should be very comfortable interacting with client contacts at all levels, speaking to developers, and presenting proposed solutions to groups.
The company offers a mature and robust benefits package and market compensation. Travel should be mostly to local clients.
